great accessibility to parks and local attractions

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, as it offered easy access to nearby parks for leisurely strolls and exciting visits to the Rock Island 905 Railroad Museum just over a kilometer away. I felt right at home with the friendly staff and tidy rooms, making this a nice base for weekend explorations.

The whole experience was great, no complains at all, cant recommend it highly enough. The room was clean and complete with a bathtub. The rate was US$ 64. We enjoyed a good location adjacent to Duncan, the trucks and a fire station. We found there

The room was comfortable, featuring high-quality cotton linens and ample storage space, perfect for our family needs. The convenient location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants, enhancing our experience. However, the noise from rowdy guests outside kept us up at night, and despite reporting it, nothing was resolved. Additionally, the decor felt outdated, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

The room is impeccably clean and extremely spacious and includes a large bathroom. The comfortable bed, best I've ever slept in...

The room was super clean, had a fridge, microwave, lots of towels, and I really felt welcomed into the family.

We had a fun stay with my father, especially loved the proximity to local spots, such as the Comanche Nation Casino, just a short drive away. The kids really enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, and we appreciated the convenience 

the linens were high-quality cotton and very comfortable. the air conditioning was too loud.

From the moment I arrived, Nicole Hicks greeted me with a fantastic smile that made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, especially during our 3-day stay. Nicole’s exceptional hospitality truly elevated our experience. 

The location benefits from a decent-sized parking area, which helps when traveling with multiple vehicles. A simple breakfast setup offers quick grab-and-go options, perfect for early mornings.

Upon arrival, the room's cleanliness was questionable with visible black marks on the tile and an overall musty odor. Additionally, the bathtub leaked, leaving a wet floor, while the towels presented a very dingy appearance. Unfortunately, a nearby nightclub created noise late into the night, disrupting sleep during the stay.

I stayed in the King Room, Non-Smoking for 2 nights, and it was fantastic! The room was super clean and comfortable, featuring high-quality cotton linens that felt luxurious. The added couch and coffee table were a nice touch, 

Nicole's warm welcome and genuine care made my 3-night stay truly special. However, the loud neighbors ruined my sleep. 😟

It was just an ideal choice for a speedy visit in Duncan with good value for price. The staff was friendly and helped with local dining options. Avoid rooms overlooking the parking lot due to noise from a nearby bar.
